- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- •Lead the indirect procurement team at Visp and oversee teams at other sites
- •Promote team development to achieve financial targets like NWC optimization and cost reductions
- •Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes
- •Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- •Supervise supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure business continuity
