- •6+ years of consulting experience in strategy and data-driven projects
- •Strong experience in managing teams and strategic client engagements
- •Expertise in healthcare performance measurement, benchmarking, or transformation programs
- •Track record in delivering complex projects and building client relationships
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Willingness to travel internationally as needed for project delivery and stakeholder management
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills and a hands-on, delivery-driven approach
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Convert high-quality leads into successful client engagements
- •Deliver complex data-based consulting and benchmarking projects independently
- •Establish and grow the Healthcare Data Consulting Unit
- •Build the team and define delivery standards
- •Ensure high-quality project execution
- •Shape the unit’s strategic positioning and service offering
- •Lead complex, data-driven engagements with international healthcare stakeholders
- •Design and own project frameworks and KPI models
- •Develop scoring methodologies and implementation roadmaps
- •Collaborate closely with the Analysis and Data Science teams
- •Take a leading role in strategic pitches and proposal development
- •Lead the data consulting unit, including team hiring and structure
- •Support business development activities and internal strategic initiatives
- •Foster strong internal collaboration with Statista+ for joint client delivery
- •Represent Statista Healthcare in external meetings and events
- •Mentor and lead consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- •Ensure project and delivery readiness with the Analysis and Data Science teams
