Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business
- •Over 10 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing
- •Leadership experience managing teams of up to 40
- •Highly skilled in outsourcing strategies and supplier development
- •Strong expertise in negotiating commercial agreements, complaints, contracts, and Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) with suppliers
- •Expertise in failure investigations, RCFA, and quality methodologies (FMEA, APQP, CPL)
- •Proficiency in tools like 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- •Ability to train, mentor, and lead cross-functional and global teams effectively

- •Provide leadership to the global supplier quality team
- •Foster collaboration and continuous development within the team
- •Partner with Procurement & SCM to select and evaluate suppliers
- •Develop suppliers in alignment with PALFINGER's vision
- •Support the PDP process for new products
- •Manage complaints and oversee supplier audits
- •Ensure compliance with key standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- •Drive customer satisfaction through global quality initiatives
- •Advance supplier performance and quality
- •Lead continuous process improvements and set quality objectives
- •Promote innovation and optimize supply chain performance
