Head of Global Planning - Specialty Lab Solutions(m/w/x)

In this leadership role, you will drive end-to-end supply chain planning while developing a global team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing inventory strategies, collaborating across functions, and ensuring effective communication to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or related field
• •Many years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, financial controlling, or related supply chain roles
• •Extensive experience in capacity modeling, inventory optimization, risk identification and mitigation, and portfolio planning
• •Deep knowledge of supply and demand planning principles, processes, best practices, and industry trends
• •Proven experience in high portfolio complexity manufacturing environments
• •Exposure to FDA regulated and GMP/QMS governed environments
• •Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, structured problem solving, and visual management
• •Fluent English language skills (verbal & written)
• •Proven track record of leading transformational initiatives with strong strategic thinking, critical analysis, and willingness to challenge the status quo
• •High level of executive presence with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• •Strong project management and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• •Demonstrated success in building and developing global, cross-cultural teams
• •Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across complex global organizations
• •Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%
