- •Degree in supply chain, operations, or related
- •Years of experience in supply chain roles
- •Experience in capacity modeling and inventory optimization
- •Knowledge of supply and demand planning
- •Experience in high portfolio complexity manufacturing
- •Exposure to FDA and GMP/QMS environments
- •Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- •Fluent English language skills
- •Track record of leading transformational initiatives

- •Strong project management and facilitation skills

- •Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
