## Job Description
For this key position, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional who thrives in an international environment and is eager to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills to develop and strengthen a high-performing team. You are willing to take responsibility for the strategic development of the GEC to drive sustainable, profitable growth within Infrastructure segment (Bridges, Tunnels, Metros) of the Doka group.
The balance between strategic view and implementation drives you to achieve the best results. You communicate transparently, clearly and you are capable of building trustful relationships to internal and external stakeholders. As a leader, you support and enable your team to develop and succeed.
In this role, you are part of the Key Accounts and & Project Solutions (KAPS) leadership team and you directly report to the Director KAPS.
**As Head of GEC Infrastructure you will...**
* lead, support and empower your team in both technical and leadership matters
* drive project acquisition and execution in close collaboration with areas, countries and corporate functions – ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency
* encourage the global competence transfer for innovative, productive und competitive solutions to ensure a continuous growth of know-how globally
* coordinate the global structure of Infrastructure experts
* develop standardized solutions and efficient processes to optimize productivity
* accelerate market and construction insights and translate them into actionable growth initiatives
* manage and monitor all department planning processes of costs and resources
* set up and align an effective collaboration between country, area and corporate teams
* be an active part of our innovation and go-to-market processes
## Qualifications
* degree in engineering (civil, structural or mechanical) and/or extensive work experience in the field of construction
* proven leadership experience in the formwork sector
* strong background in working in a global environment as well as international experience
* solid understanding of key performance indicators
* commercial mindset and/or affinity for sales
* ability to work with cross-functional teams on corporate, area and country level
* knowledge of competitors and markets
* excellent communication and presentation skills
* high level of commitment and proactivity
* strategic, solution-orientated mindset and resilience in demanding settings
* proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire diverse teams
* excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (German is a plus)

*We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 50,918.42 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of IVa.*
