As **Head of Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d),** you will define and lead Accelleron’s global C&B as well as Global Mobility strategy in alignment with our business and HR objectives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global footprint. This strategic role combines leadership, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and future-ready. You will be a member of HR Leadership team and report to the CHRO.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Further develop and execute the global Compensation & Benefits strategy aligned with business goals and HR priorities.
* Advise the CHRO and senior leadership on executive remuneration, incentive design, and market competitiveness.
* Lead governance and compliance efforts across all C&B programs globally, in light of the European pay transparency legislation.
* Lead executive compensation planning and support Board/NCC reporting and approvals including the annual compensation report.
* Oversee the global job architecture, salary structure and pay ranges.
* Lead the global annual compensation cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
* Conduct internal and external benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
* Manage short-term and long-term incentive plans (STIP/LTIP), ensuring alignment with performance and market benchmarks.
* Oversee benefit and pension solutions and collaborate with brokers and vendors to ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions.
* Own and manage the global mobility framework, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
* Provide guidance and training to HR teams and line managers globally.
**Your Background:**
* University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Multiple years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with leadership experience in a multinational environment ideally in a Swiss stock-listed company.
* Proven expertise in executive compensation, incentive design, and global benefits governance.
* Fluent in English and preferably German (written and spoken).
* Strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
