# Head of Global Compensation & Benefits Services (m/f/d)
## WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are looking for a new Head of Global Compensation & Benefits.
* You manage continuous assessment of operational C&B practice, determine and align change/improvement priorities and drive the digitization of operational processes.
* You conduct (external) C&B service benchmarking in term of effectiveness (quality) and efficiency (of service delivery).
* Moreover you align short to mid-term C&B development targets along key priorities.
* With your expertise, you contribute to the definition of C&B related projects / strategic initiatives and ensure reflection of service perspective.
* You provide C&B services for Divisions, LE incl. consulting and developing of effective solutions in line with HR framework.
* You orchestrate and manage global C&B implementation projects and operate global compensation campaigns (i.e. Merit/Bonus).
* Additionally, you implement effective control environment with clear and transparent roles & responsibilities.
* Use your skills to build and run the global C&B community, create a C&B knowledge base, training program and formats for continuous knowledge exchange across regions.

* Gross annual salary (full-time): 95.000 - 100.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 30% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance
