We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our purchasing team in Voerde, Bocholt or Chemnitz.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Strategic orientation in global, optimal procurement markets as well as analysing global markets and preparing forecasts
* Planning and implementation of global commodity strategies, achievement of CNI / budget targets
* (Support of) qualification of global suppliers in cooperation with cross functions
* Implementation and realisation of innovations and cost and value engineering at the supplier
* Leading a global team
**Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience:**
* Degree in business administration or mechanical engineering
* Sound professional experience in purchasing, management experience and negotiating skills
* Very good knowledge of SAPR3 CO and MS Excel
* Strong ability to work in a team in an international environment
* Business fluent in English is essential due to the support of production sites abroad; willingness to travel abroad on business
