# Head of Global Channel Partner Management (m/w/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement a global channel management strategy aligned with corporate goals and local conditions
* Continuously analyse market trends and competitive strategies as well as identification of opportunities for strategic partnerships aimed at expanding our distribution network.
* Responsible for the optimisation of our sales structure and improve market penetration based on robust analyses and forecasts.
* Monitor the development and implementation of a global distributor evaluation system and initiatives to enhance distributor network performance.
* Lead or support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms with distributors.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and international distributors
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in a global environment.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies and structures.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for building and maintaining networks.
* Willingness to travel internationally (30%).
