You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term vision to further solidify Red Bull’s presence in the gaming space. Additionally, you'll oversee contract negotiations, covering budgets, performance agreements, objectives, branding guidelines, and more. **EVENT MARKETING – INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION & COUNTRY GUIDANCE** In this role, you'll maintain regular contact with over 50 international colleagues to ensure strategic oversight of planned projects and competitions across markets. You’ll also work closely with external stakeholders based on project needs and support partnership teams to drive revenue growth from gaming events. A crucial part of your role will be to ensure smooth and consistent information flow across all involved parties. **EVENT MARKETING – EMPLOYE MANAGEMENT** You'll directly manage a team of professionals dedicated to the program, taking full ownership of their talent development, performance outcomes, and contributing to the company’s long-term succession planning. **INNOVATION** You'll lead new projects and business discussions related to gaming events, including consumer activations in collaboration with the Brand team, sales-driven opportunities, merchandising initiatives, and the development of new partnership and revenue models to drive income and expand the impact of our events. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary. As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success.
