Anforderungen
- •8+ years of professional experience in FP&A
- •Strong track record of partnering with C-level executives
- •Proven experience in e-commerce and high-growth environments
- •Solid understanding of capital markets and investor relations dynamics
- •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Demonstrated success in transforming financial planning processes
- •Experience in building and leading teams
- •Advanced Excel skills; experience with Business Central, Lucanet, Power BI, SQL, Tableau or budgeting tools
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus
