Your ability to maintain an overview of complex analyses and your high level of independence make our hearts beat faster. **What you will do:** * Leading and developing the Finance & Legal Team * Ensure quality and optimize financial processes and reports * Analyze data, derive insights, and advise management * Conduct contract negotiations with customers and ensure compliance * Support in complex financial transactions and legal matters * Oversee the annual financial statements and manage external consultants * Manage cash flows and financial strategies * Utilize AI-driven analytical tools to optimize financial processes ## Requirements **What we expect:** * Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law, or related field * Have several years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the service sector * Possess solid knowledge in controlling, compliance, and contract law * Experience with M&A processes and financial strategies is a plus * Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical thinking * Excellent English and German skills to complement your profile
