**Your areas of responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain a global real estate portfolio database, consolidating architectural, technical, and financial data for strategic decision-making
* Oversee the implementation and management of facility management services and contracts at the Headquarter as well as across all global locations, ensuring seamless execution at the local level
* Conduct workplace audits, manage project reporting, and enforce strict cost and performance controls to optimize efficiency and budget management
* Continuously enhance workplace environments to improve employee experience, operational effectiveness, and productivity
* Lead sustainability initiatives to align facility management with corporate environmental goals
* Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize operations across regions
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure high-quality facility management services
* Provide leadership and guidance to facility management teams across different locations
**Your profile of qualification:**
* Extensive experience in senior facility management roles, overseeing multiple sites, preferably within the FMCG, fashion, retail, or hospitality industries
* Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with a strategic and results-driven mindset
* Proven ability to manage large-scale facility operations, contracts, and budgets on a global level
* Fluency in German and English, with strong proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
* Experience in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally as required
