Anforderungen

•Degree in Business Law, International Relations, Economics, or comparable qualification
•Several years of relevant professional experience in export control with in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations
•Proven experience in implementing compliance systems and managing interactions with regulatory authorities
•Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and excellent proficiency in German and English
•Familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar IT systems

•Drive the development of the export compliance strategy
•Optimize export control processes
•Implement digitalization initiatives for compliance

•Consult with executive management on compliance issues
•Design and manage comprehensive training programs
•Act as the primary contact for institutions and authorities
•Lead and develop the Export Compliance team
