Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Law, International Relations, Economics, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of relevant professional experience in export control with in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations
- •Proven experience in implementing compliance systems and managing interactions with regulatory authorities
- •Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and excellent proficiency in German and English
- •Familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar IT systems

- •Drive the development of the export compliance strategy
- •Optimize export control processes
- •Implement digitalization initiatives for compliance

- •Advise business units on export control matters
- •Consult with executive management on compliance issues
- •Design and manage comprehensive training programs
- •Act as the primary contact for institutions and authorities
- •Lead and develop the Export Compliance team
