Anforderungen
- •Degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
- •Several years of professional experience in cross-functional development of embedded systems, preferably in medical device development
- •Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership and developing high-performing teams in a regulated environment and cybersecurity
- •Experience in collaborating with and managing external development partners nationally and globally
- •In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Linux-based real-time operating systems, preferably Zephyr, as well as microcontrollers and bus systems (CAN, CAN-FD, TSN)
- •Familiarity with modern product and software development methods and CI/CD tools, such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira
- •Knowledge of platform development/product line engineering; practical experience is desirable
- •Application-related project management skills and ability to use classic and agile approaches as appropriate
- •Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
- •Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- •Enjoyment of working with international and diverse teams
- •Very good English skills, written and spoken, and good German skills
