Anforderungen
- •University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable scientific-technical qualification
- •10+ years professional experience in process industry or related industries
- •Deep expertise in Electrical Engineering, particularly electrical power supply and drive technology
- •Very good knowledge of adjacent PCT topics
- •Experience in investment projects in Greenfield and Brownfield
- •Sound project management knowledge and understanding of engineering processes
- •Practical experience in plant support, operations, maintenance or asset management
- •Proven experience in people leadership and international collaboration
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Structured, conceptual working approach and ability to manage complexity
- •Cooperative, customer-oriented, innovation and implementation-focused
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Willingness to travel as required

- •Develop and implement strategic direction for Electrical Engineering
- •Assess Covestro's requirements for efficient plant operation
- •Define and maintain global standards and best practices for electrical engineering
- •Ensure electrical safety and compliance with regulations
- •Lead and develop the global Electrical Engineering Community
- •Build and maintain strategic networks with industry partners
- •Identify strategic suppliers and new partners with Procurement
- •Develop joint roadmaps with strategic suppliers
- •Coordinate technical specifications for global contracts
- •Manage and develop the Electrical team
- •Plan resources and ensure staffing for investment projects
- •Participate in steering and technical committees for investment projects
- •Promote change readiness and implement transformation initiatives
- •Encourage innovation and continuous improvement aligned with PCT strategy
