- •Formal training as a master craftsman, state-certified technician, or degree in electrical engineering
- •At least 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering construction site management
- •Up-to-date knowledge of German occupational health and safety regulations
- •Proven track record of streamlining processes and setting up efficient systems

- •Negotiate contracts with clients
- •Participate in key management and client meetings
