Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- •Several years of experience as a DevOps engineer and architect
- •Deep expertise in CI/CD automation, test automation integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- •Hands-on experience with hybrid infrastructures (on-premise & cloud, ideally Azure)
- •Hands-on experience integrating security into development and delivery processes
- •Strategic thinking, innovative strength, structured working style, and ability to build trust across teams
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)

- •Lead and mentor a distributed DevSecOps team
- •Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- •Own and evolve development infrastructure and tools

- •Partner with agile product teams for efficient solution delivery
- •Support development of embedded software and enterprise applications
- •Define and implement the DevSecOps roadmap
- •Embed security and quality into the development lifecycle
- •Collaborate with Corporate Security and Corporate IT for compliance
- •Promote a DevSecOps mindset across the organization
- •Support professional growth within the team
