- •Strong technical background in blockchain technology and decentralized applications
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to create and deliver impactful technical content
- •Experience organizing developer-focused events and conferences
- •Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- •Passion for community building and helping developers succeed
- •Strong leadership skills to build and motivate a team
- •Experience working with open-source projects and communities
- •Familiarity with Fuel Labs' technology stack and ecosystem
- •Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- •Develop strategies to grow and engage a diverse developer community
- •Act as the primary advocate for Fuel Labs' technology

- •Produce high-quality technical content, including tutorials and documentation
- •Identify and cultivate relationships with industry partners and influencers
- •Gather feedback from the developer community for continuous improvement
- •Build and lead a high-performing DevRel team
