Anforderungen
- •Master or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field
- •7+ years experience in Data Science with at least 3 years in leadership
- •5+ years experience in delivering and maintaining machine learning and data science algorithms in production
- •Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing Data Science teams
- •Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Track record of successfully delivering technically advanced data products on time
- •Ability to technically and scientifically lead applied research projects
- •Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- •Enjoyment of solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team
- •Experience in leading a mix of Data Science and Software Teams
- •Experience in building data science teams
- •Experience in the energy industry
