Anforderungen

- •10+ years in cybersecurity, IT leadership, or engineering
- •Experience with AWS, Linux, IaC, and DevSecOps
- •Expertise in SIEM, cloud security, and incident response
- •Understanding of detection engineering and security operations
- •Experience leading multi-disciplinary global teams
- •Ability to define long-term strategy
- •Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
- •Experience managing complex transformation programs
- •Ability to lead through influence and innovation
- •Business proficiency in English, German preferable

- •Lead four global cybersecurity platform teams
- •Define the strategic roadmap for platform modernization
- •Drive reliability across hybrid and cloud environments
- •Align platforms with corporate and regulatory frameworks
- •Oversee SIEM operations using Elastic and Sentinel
- •Manage data ingestion via Kafka and Logstash
- •Engineer infrastructure using AWS and OpenTofu
- •Maintain Puppet, VMware, and Linux configurations
- •Monitor systems with Xymon and Datadog
- •Manage CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender endpoint security
- •Ensure platform readiness for incident response
- •Lead Threat Intelligence strategy and workflows
- •Manage MISP and in-house intelligence applications
- •Guide the migration to ThreatConnect SaaS
- •Deploy Threat Connect Polarity into Eagle Openshift
- •Enhance intelligence automation and threat sharing
- •Oversee in-house CERT applications and tooling
- •Evolve and migrate CYS IAM systems
- •Support incident management and workflow automation
- •Lead cloud operations for product security response
- •Manage AWS infrastructure and compliance controls
- •Support scalable product vulnerability response
- •Oversee the in-house machine learning fabric
- •Integrate AI technologies across all platforms
- •Execute the roadmap for AI-driven security capabilities
