Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- •CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
- •Advanced degree is a plus
- •10+ years of relevant experience
- •Minimum 5 years in senior leadership
- •Experience in complex finance environment
- •Deep knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS
- •Proven track record in finance transformation
- •Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA)
- •Hands-on mentality in agile environments
- •AI tooling experience is a plus

- •Excellent communication skills in English and German
- •C1 minimum proficiency in German
