# Head of Control System Engineering (m/f/d) ## BENEFITS: * Diverse, global, growing organization with flat hierarchies in a trend-setting industry * A versatile and responsible field of activity and responsibility in a fast growing, innovation leading, and international company * A future-proof job with the innovation leader in the AM market * Work with a great team, the coolest L-PBF technologies and top-notch companies * Modern structures and state-of-the-art technology * Great colleagues from over 25 nations * 30 days of holiday * Kindergarten subsidy ## POSITION DESCRIPTION: * Lead effort to elaborate and negotiate customer, product and system tech requirements to define Control System requirement document * Oversight definition of Control System I/O and relevant interfaces and redundancies to meet business needs and regulations standards * Oversight definition of all Control System logics and algorithms to implement design intent and their implementation into automation and application software solutions * Oversight flow down of Control System requirements to electrical, sensing & actuation and monitoring systems and their implementation into design solutions * Define road map for implementation of state-of-the-art design and validation tools * Oversight definition and endorse Control System qualification plan and procedure * Support sales and product management in anticipating market needs and defining Control System product strategy * Participate in planning and release of Control System enhancements and software upgrades into the field * Oversight Control System and software design process for NPI programs * Collaborate with future technology team in the identification and maturation of disruptive technologies for Control System ## QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace) * Minimum 5 years leading engineering team in the design of complex system on multidisciplinary program with high technology content products * Minimum 10 years as designer of Control System and application software of product with high technology content (Aerospace, Automotive or Healthcare) * Significant experience in leading a team through the whole design process (from concept phase to entry into service) of the Control System for a product with high technology content * Experience with Object Oriented Programming (C#/.NET) * Strongly familiar with requirements management procedures and related implications * Familiar with IoT and Machine Learning disciplines * Ability to anticipate customer and product management prospective * Ability to anticipate potential Industrialization issues and address design in advance to overcome them * Excellent attention to system design objectives and impacts to their design and production implementation * Strongly familiar with configuration management procedures and related implications ## YOUR NEW WORKPLACE: We offer you a versatile and responsible scope of duties in a global business.
