You will work closely together with different HR colleagues on global projects developing policies for our compensation processes and providing high-level support and advice in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, in alignment with the HR strategy.
## What you do
* **Compensation:** Analyze global compensation structures, adaption to global and local systems according to future needs. Provide consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to management teams to support business.
* **Job Grading:** Consult global and local HR Business Partners on job architecture and job evaluation. Further develop our global position evaluation framework by closely collaborating with our business, central functions and regions. Create global guidelines and conceptualize enabling strategies.
* **Benchmarks:** Partner with HR Managers to monitor and analyze issues related to compensation within the company and the external market, including supporting the business with ad-hoc benchmarks and market and salary surveys. Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* **Benefits**: Assist in deploying equity / long-term incentive and benefit programs. Actively support the development of global compensation and benefits guidelines.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Become the main point of contact for the area of Compensation & Benefits on a global basis. You’re responsible for a structured stakeholder management when it comes to any comp & ben topic.
* Directly report to our CHRO/Head of Human Relations.
## What you bring
* Several years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in consulting and/or a mix of consulting and corporate roles.
* In-depth expertise in job architecture, design of pay and bonus systems, benchmarking, and global benefits.
* Proven experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
* Experience in dealing with works councils, particularly in Germany.
* Advanced knowledge of Workday’s “Advanced Compensation” module.
* Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions.
* A result-driven and “hands-on” personality.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically German and English.
