You will be leading a group of 10 highly professional sales people (all genders) based in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. In your role, you are the one steering the long-term sales strategy for these countries, implement business development for new applications and industries. In your day-to-day work you will focus on realizing short term sales results. Our regional marketing team as well as our technical support and supply chain will work in close cooperation with you and your team to deliver high quality results to our customers in Coatings, Plastics, Printing and Cosmetics industry. Being part of the regional leadership team, you will report into the regional manager for EMEA. The Surface Solutions business unit, a mid-sized multinational leader in the pigments industry, is subject to a planned divestment to the company Global New Materials International (GNMI), headquartered in China, as of August 1st 2025.
