# Head of Central Planning (f/d/m) 80-100% **CH - Visp** | **Full time** This is a critical role leading the SCM Central Planning for Visp. Scope for this role is both Small Molecules and legacy Biologics.  This role is accountable with securing a strong SCM support to projects within scope. Lead all aspects of MPL team coordination with project teams. Responsible for planning VISP across business platforms. Responsible for SCM of Buffer for the site of VISP, not considering Visp buffer asset manufacturing outside Module P ### What you’ll do: * Design, build and lead a Supply Chain Central Planning Organization for VISP. * Ensure collaboration with all functions involved in projects across different business platform for supply chain relevant areas. * Works closely with the Visp SCM Head of Material Management and other functions impacting material management for the site to drive supply chain reliability, responsiveness, agility and cost performance. * They is accountable for all site cross-bu platform SCM relevant planning to secure business continuity/business performance. This includes warehouse capacity management, network planning impacting Visp, support functions supporting Supply Chain areas such as QC Raw Materials. * Works closely with Visp SCM Strategy and Transformation team to support implementation of processes/technology impacting Visp SC Planning. * Works closely with Visp SCM Head Operational Excellence to drive operational excellence initiatives driving improvement in supply chain reliability, supply chain responsiveness, supply chain agility and supply chain cost. ### What we’re looking for (7 bullets max): * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with extensive years of confirmed experience in end-to-end Supply Chain, solid knowledge in APICS CPIM professional standards is an advantage. * Strong SAP background with skills in financial, scheduling and materials planning is a must (Planview background an additional benefit) * Very strong leadership skills with a shown ability to empower and develop teams not only in a traditional hierarchical organizational structure and but also enable teams in a matrix structure * Demonstrates the courage and integrity to engage in difficult conversations with internal teams and management when needed, encouraging transparency, growth, and collaboration * Ability to build a highly collaborative and inclusive environment vital for a team to be effective. Very strong at building bridges with other functions and develop a healthy collaborative while accountability driven relationship with his business partners. * Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner * Change leadership skills * Proficient in English (must) and German (nice to have) spoken and written.
