Business Systems mission at Maltego is to power the company’s operational backbone by building and maintaining connected systems that unify data, automate workflows, and scale with the business. Connecting GTM, Finance, IT, and Product teams, to enable seamless lead-to-cash execution and ensure data accuracy. Business Systems acts as a strategic consultant to the organization, by translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient processes that drive growth and operational excellence.
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Business Systems to join our team and drive operational excellence across our revenue-generating activities and lead the Business Systems team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be instrumental in building, refining, and optimizing the infrastructure that enables the scalability of our operations.
##### What to expect
* **System Architecture & Integration****:** Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and scalability of core platforms (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.). Partner with RevOps, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, flexible, and futureproof.
* **Process****Improvement****& Optimization:** Own the global core processes of the business and identify bottlenecks. With the support of AI-powered capabilities, build and maintain automated solutions that provide deep insights into the business and reduce manual effort, accelerate cycle times, and enhance accuracy.
* **Governance, Compliance & Insights****:** Define and enforce system standards, data hygiene practices, and compliance frameworks. Collaborate with analytics and business teams to translate requirements into clear reporting and actionable insights.
* **Vendor Evaluation & Tool Procurement****:** Spot operational gaps, evaluate prospective platforms, negotiate contracts, and lead seamless implementation of new tools that elevate our capabilities.
* **Roadmap Alignment & Stakeholder Management:** Work closely with cross-functional leaders to clarify priorities, surface dependencies, and set a transparent, delivery-focused roadmap.
* **Leadership & People Management:**
Inspire and guide your team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across systems and operations.
##### Your profile in short
* **Proven Expertise (10+ years)**
Demonstrated experience in business systems leadership roles, with hands-on mastery of Salesforce, subscription/billing platforms, and SaaS B2B models.
* **GTM & Enterprise Savvy**
Deep understanding of go-to-market operations, especially in enterprise and large government sales environments.
* **Analytical Problem****Solver**
Strong ability to apply technology and process thinking to complex operational challenges, bringing both creativity and discipline.
* **Skilled Communicator**
Able to distill technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for nontechnical audiences.
* **Tech Stack Leadership**
Track record managing sophisticated sales tech ecosystems—Salesforce, account planning, data enrichment, productivity tools—and piloting AI-driven enhancements that boost scalability and quality.
