Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
•10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in radiopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical operations
•Proven expertise in business operations, business development, and program execution
•In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, GMP/GDP practices, and supply chain complexity
•Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience
•Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills
•Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset
•Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 50%
•Visionary leadership with operational rigor and growth mindset
•Financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions
•Inspirational team builder and cross-cultural collaborator
•Strong strategic planning and change management skills
