Anforderungen
- •Background at an investment or top-tier consulting firm or senior operating role with sustained responsibility
- •3-5 years of hands-on experience owning dashboards, reporting and operating intelligence
- •Proven experience operating with P&L responsibility at group or executive level
- •Deep, practical expertise in financial modeling, dashboards and executive reporting
- •Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability
- •Exceptional analytical, communication and project management skills
- •Strong AI and automation affinity in automating reporting and analytics
- •Experience working with or around institutional investors and IR processes
- •High judgment, discretion and ability to operate independently
- •Ambition to grow into broader operating or investment leadership

- •Own group-wide reporting and analytics across regions, products, and asset classes
- •Analyze fund and product performance
- •Track AUM development by region
- •Monitor infrastructure, sales, and growth targets
- •Design, optimize, and automate operational and financial reporting
- •Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and AI-enabled workflows
- •Build and maintain complex operational and financial models and KPIs
- •Aggregate and synthesize regional data into clear insights
- •Co-lead business expansion initiatives into new geographies and products
- •Scale internal infrastructure to support growth
- •Collaborate with Investor Relations across GPs and diverse LP base
- •Manage LP reporting, data rooms, and institutional-grade reporting standards
- •Represent the Founders/MDs in meetings to ensure alignment on priorities
