Anforderungen
- •Degree in business, law, or comparable field
- •At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Internal Auditor
- •Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes
- •Solid knowledge of German banking laws and regulations
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Lead and manage the Business Internal Audit team

- •Coordinate joint audits across functions
- •Oversee all business internal audit activities
- •Coordinate with external contractors
- •Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk-based audit plan
- •Annually update the audit plan to align with business priorities
- •Conduct audits across all N26 SE business processes
- •Audit outsourced services within a three-year cycle
- •Prepare and review clear audit reports
- •Communicate insights and recommendations to relevant teams
- •Monitor remediation of audit findings
- •Ensure timely follow-up and closure of findings
- •Support audit management in oversight responsibilities
- •Contribute strategic insights for continuous improvement
- •Participate in key strategic projects independently
- •Conduct special audits as requested by the management board
