* Partner with senior management to shape and evolve our brand strategy and architecture, ensuring bold differentiation and compelling storytelling across all channels
* Own and activate our brand architecture - developing campaigns, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences
* Set the tone for content: shape our editorial roadmap and steer engaging, high-impact messaging across platforms
* Elevate our company as an employer of choice by infusing our brand values into internal and external communications
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and UX to create a seamless and powerful brand experience.
* Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Brand & Communications team of 7 employees, while tracking success through data-driven KPIs

* Minimum of 5 years' brand marketing experience, ideally in digital or tech companies; recruitment industry insight is a plus
* Proven success in leading innovative, multi-channel brand campaigns that spark emotional connection and drive engagement

* Energetic and creative mindset paired with strong communication skills
