•Perform comprehensive risk and opportunity analyses
•Handle bid calculations and cost estimates
•Apply and tailor internal rules and guidelines
•Optimize processes in bid and project management
•Enhance communication within the Thales Switzerland B&P network
•Collaborate with product management and interfaces
•Implement product strategies effectively
•Ensure smooth information flow
•Manage resources efficiently
•Develop employees to meet project milestones
•Achieve customer satisfaction in bids and projects
