- •Extensive leadership and analytics experience
- •10+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data management
- •8+ years leading distributed teams and stakeholder interaction
- •Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- •Very good knowledge in SAP BI/BW BackEnd technology
- •Good knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAC Planning
- •Certifications in BI & Analytics or compliance frameworks
- •Track record of delivering complex BI projects
- •Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and align strategy
- •Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
