•MSc in Automation Engineering or equivalent qualification in mathematics or engineering
•Extensive experience in a development environment with leadership experience
•Experience in automation of biotechnology equipment
•Expertise in agile development methodologies
•Analytical approach
•Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in German
•Proven experience working with multicultural teams
•Up to 25% international travel required
