Anforderungen
- •Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACT) are a plus
- •10 to 15+ years of experience in Treasury & Capital Markets with broad exposure across asset liability management, liquidity, funding and capital management
- •Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams across locations through organizational change
- •Strong strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful Treasury strategies balancing risk and return
- •In-depth Treasury markets, products and ideally trading experience
- •Excellent influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
- •A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adapt at driving complex projects to completion
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Excellent IT skills, incl. proficiency in MS Office products, Treasury systems and preferably programming experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee pbb’s Asset Liability Management department
- •Shape Treasury’s strategy for funding, liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange
- •Facilitate strategic financial resource management discussions with the executive board during ALCO meetings
- •Steer Treasury desks using a transparent Treasury P&L framework for effective monitoring and performance management
- •Enhance the funds transfer pricing framework, including funding spread calibration, to optimize financial resource use
- •Provide comprehensive coverage of rating agencies and Treasury topics for regulators
- •Collaborate with internal partners in Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Business to align strategies with broader objectives
- •Drive strategic initiatives for pbb and Group Treasury to ensure alignment with the bank’s overall strategic goals
