Anforderungen
- •Experience from a Big4 environment in audit, technical accounting, financial reporting advisory, or transaction services
- •Swiss CPA qualification or equivalent
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- •5+ years of progressive experience in a complex or multi-entity environment
- •Deep expertise in Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, Swiss OR, audit methodology, and internal controls
- •Strong command of ERP systems and data-driven financial processes
- •Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
- •High professional rigor and accuracy
- •Natural leadership presence shaped by high-performance environments
- •Ability to translate complexity into clarity
- •Thrives in fast-paced, mission-oriented settings
- •Ownership mindset, strong stakeholder management, and operational discipline

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the accounting landscape for all Swiss legal entities
- •Ensure timely reporting under Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS
- •Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- •Establish standardized processes and internal controls
- •Interpret and apply accounting standards to new transactions
- •Ensure adherence to Swiss statutory requirements
- •Manage annual audits and prepare audit documentation
- •Serve as the primary contact for external auditors
- •Provide technical guidance on revenue recognition and leases
- •Lead and develop a team of over 10 accounting professionals
- •Foster a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
- •Provide technical mentorship to the accounting team
- •Strengthen the internal control system in line with audit expectations
- •Drive process automation and system optimization
- •Collaborate with IT and the CFO to enhance ERP functionality
- •Deliver decision-ready financial reporting to senior leadership
- •Translate accounting outcomes into actionable insights
- •Support board reporting and special projects
