Anforderungen

•Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experience
•Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of Drug Product Aseptic Filling including Lyophilization
•Proven leadership experience including development of teams
•Experience in Commissioning and Qualification
•Excellent communication skills and interaction with various internal and external interfaces
•Fluency in English or German with minimum B2 level in the respective other language

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead the ramp-up of the Lyophilization filling line
•Ensure operational readiness of the new facility with the Operations Lead team
•Oversee the operative takeover of the new line after qualification
•Manage the manufacturing team for the Lyophilized Vials Line
•Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust
•Handle all aspects of team qualification, development, and coaching
•Execute the hiring plan for the manufacturing team
•Define processes for the Lyophilized Vial area and overarching manufacturing processes
•Provide timely user input to maintain project timelines and budget
•Support the supply chain team to ensure timely material availability
•Assist the project team in qualifying and commissioning equipment
•Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
•Represent the facility during customer visits, audits, and inspections
