Anforderungen
- •BSc/MSc/PhD Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent
- •10+ years in the Pharmaceutical industry
- •At least 3 years of people leadership experience in a global and/or matrix environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the appointed Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP)
- •Make final Quality decisions and represent the organization during inspections
- •Establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations in Clinical Packaging
- •Lead a team of around 15 employees with scientific and quality expertise
- •Oversee all Clinical Packaging processes in Kaiseraugst
- •Drive continuous GMP improvements and maintenance
- •Set priorities and directions for the IMPQ Clinical Packaging organization
- •Support the Swiss Responsible Person in cGMP activities
- •Ensure manufactured IMP products meet Health Authority and Company standards
