- •10+ years of experience in leading large scale ERP migration projects
- •Proficiency in ERP architecture, implementation, integration, migration strategies, methodologies, accelerators and tools
- •Proven technical expertise in SAP modules and integration processes
- •Proven experience in implementing various processes and ERP cloud solutions
- •Strong leadership and communication skills
- •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- •Fluency in English

- •Act as the ERP Technical Implementation Lead for the BORA project
- •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements
- •Translate business needs into technical solutions
- •Provide deep technical knowledge in SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, BW)
- •Design and develop SAP solutions that meet business needs
- •Ensure solutions align with best practices
- •Design robust and scalable ERP solutions based on Service Provider proposals
- •Define ERP roadmaps and rollout plans
- •Establish long-term system strategies
- •Set technical governance and best practices
- •Perform system configuration and troubleshooting
- •Tune system performance
- •Define business processes in collaboration with business teams
- •Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices
- •Manage and mentor an ERP Business Analyst and a team of SAP consultants
- •Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- •Align program goals with business objectives
- •Ensure successful ERP system implementation to meet business requirements
- •Lead key ERP workstreams including data management and migration
- •Oversee solutions design, ERP architecture, security, and infrastructure
- •Define and align on a change plan with business teams
- •Partner with the Business Transformation Lead for alignment with business needs
- •Conduct and evaluate RFP proposals with stakeholders
- •Provide well-documented recommendations
- •Review and approve enterprise architecture target states related to Integration, Data, and Application
