Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German
- •5+ years Consulting experience as Internal Consultant or with Consulting/Software Company
- •5+ years relevant educational qualifications or experience implementing or supporting HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning solution
- •Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- •Detail-oriented problem solver with passion for customer service
- •Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability and desire to learn technology quickly
- •Resourcefulness and adaptability; comfortable working remotely with autonomy
- •Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- •Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Complete Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training
- •Undertake further Specialist Certification training within 6 months
- •Engage in active projects under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant
- •Collaborate with other Consulting Teams, including Data and Integration Consultants
- •Gather and understand customer business requirements
- •Demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
- •Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
- •Ensure detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
- •Support customers during multiple rounds of testing
- •Resolve test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant
- •Undertake final deployment activities for the customer
- •Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support
- •Work on 1-3 full-cycle implementation projects within the first year
- •Build on knowledge through additional training and multiple project experiences in the second year
