Anforderungen

  • University degree or higher education, ideally in Watch Making
  • Haute Horlogerie training and sales experience
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Thorough knowledge of H.H. collections and movement families
  • General passion for watchmaking and knowledge about competition
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility on daily tasks and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Motivation and creativity to find solutions and improve processes
  • Ability to close sales in different cultural environments
  • Maintaining a gentleman appearance at all times

Deine Aufgaben

  • Increase sales of L.U.C to official accounts and end clients
  • Ensure continuity of the L.U.C sales training program
  • Develop watchmaking knowledge within retail and wholesale teams
  • Organize and lead H.H. manufacture visits in Fleurier and Meyrin
  • Promote all aspects of the L.U.C collection for long-term success
  • Engage in sales and promotional activities for Ferdinand Berthoud
  • Achieve or exceed global wholesale and retail L.U.C objectives
  • Monitor L.U.C core range coverage and replenishment
  • Enhance L.U.C visual merchandising during market visits
  • Develop and implement L.U.C sales incentives to reduce aging stocks
  • Collaborate with key boutiques to develop the CRM tool
  • Secure new L.U.C customers and end clients
  • Interact with L.U.C ambassadors to share information and plan events
  • Create the L.U.C training schedule with Chopard trainers
  • Organize yearly Retail L.U.C seminars in Fleurier
  • Organize yearly Wholesale L.U.C seminars in Fleurier
  • Lead sales teams as an Haute Horlogerie specialist
  • Develop key training materials for the L.U.C collection
  • Keep L.U.C benchmarks up-to-date and accurate
  • Address training requests from Ferdinand Berthoud
  • Plan and lead H.H. dedicated manufacture visits
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries for Fleurier manufacture visits
  • Ensure a seamless client journey during visits
  • Achieve positive ROI on visits with strong conversion rates
  • Propose improvements for the visit experience
  • Maintain L.U.C house collections in good working condition
  • Attend H.H. events and exhibitions to support sales
  • Finalize H.H. presentations for customer events and press conferences
  • Organize H.H. collections for customer events and exhibitions
  • Develop the Haute Horlogerie travel collection to boost sales
  • Create Fast Facts and Post Event reports for L.U.C events
  • Participate in events for Ferdinand Berthoud as needed
