Anforderungen
- •Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in aviation or related electromechanical field
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
- •Proven leadership experience
- •Documented experience performing and managing duties
- •Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
- •Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- •Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach with strong customer focus
- •Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead daily operations of the Tool Store and Ground Support Equipment areas
- •Plan and coordinate team workload, shifts, and resource allocation
- •Ensure tools and equipment are controlled, maintained, and calibrated
- •Manage repairs, replacements, and calibration schedules
- •Support procurement and sourcing of new tools and equipment
- •Maintain training records and deliver training to team members
- •Collaborate with the Logistics Department and Operations Manager
- •Create and update training documentation and standard operating procedures
- •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- •Promote adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards
- •Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager SCM & Facilities
