## Growth Product Manager (m / f / d) - Activation ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·München --- ##### Location Hybrid in Munich (minimum of 2 days a week from the office) Are you a product-minded problem solver who thrives on unlocking user value quickly and effectively? At Usercentrics, we’re on the lookout for a ‘Growth Product Manager (m / f / d) - Activation’ to help users reach their "aha" moment faster, increase activation rates, and significantly impact conversion. In this role, you’ll be embedded in our cross-functional Growth team, working closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers. Your mission: build and scale activation strategies that accelerate time-to-activation, personalize onboarding experiences, and drive measurable improvements in activation and onboarding conversion. ##### Your Tasks * **Activation Strategy:** Own and optimize the activation funnel by defining clear, metric-driven strategies to reduce time-to-activation and increase activation rate. * **Personalized Onboarding:** Build tailored onboarding experiences based on user personas, localization, and behavioral signals, leveraging AI where possible to dynamically guide users through relevant pathways. * **Experimentation:** Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics including onboarding completion, time-to-value, and product adoption. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work hand-in-hand with designers, engineers, marketers, and data analysts to deliver best-in-class onboarding and activation experiences. * **Insights & Analysis:** Use both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover activation bottlenecks and identify high-impact opportunities. * **Journey Optimization:** Develop solutions to remove friction from the user journey and guide users efficiently from sign-up to first meaningful value. * **Performance Monitoring:** Define success metrics for activation and continuously measure, report, and iterate on impact. ##### You Bring * Proven experience in Growth or Product roles, with a strong focus on activation, onboarding, or product adoption. * Demonstrated ability to improve time-to-activation and increase activation rates. * Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, and a metrics-driven mindset. * Deep understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) dynamics and user behavior during early product use. * Experience designing or implementing personalized onboarding flows, ideally using segmentation and localization techniques. * Comfort with leveraging AI or automation tools to tailor user journeys at scale. * Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, and marketing. * A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to move fast and learn faster. * Bonus: Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and lifecycle messaging platforms.
