## Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and data-driven **Growth Marketing Manager** to join our Automotive Marketing team reporting to Senior Customer Engagement Manager. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and executing personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive **customer engagement** and **business growth**. You’ll bring your marketing expertise, analytical mindset, and hands-on attitude to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.
**What you'll do:**
* Design and execute experiments to improve key funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention)
* Build and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and on-site
* Analyze performance data and user behavior to uncover insights and inform strategy
* Work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to ideate and launch growth initiatives
* Own and improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization across touchpoints
* Leverage tools like Braze, Bloomreach, or similar to run scalable, automated campaigns
* Continuously A/B test copy, channels, and workflows to improve outcomes
* Develop dashboards and reports to monitor growth KPIs and campaign impact
## Qualifications
**What you'll bring:**
* 3+ years of experience in **growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing**
* **Strong analytical skills** — fluent in data, comfortable with SQL and Excel
* Proven track record of **running growth experiments** and optimizing marketing funnels
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms or CDPs (Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
* Experience in **customer journey mapping** and **personalized communication strategies**
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Data teams
* Organized and execution-focused — you can manage multiple initiatives at once
* Excellent communication skills in English and ideally German (French or Italian is a plus)
* Curious, resourceful, and growth-minded
