## Job Description **Your Mission** In this highly visible and pivotal role you will work closely with the Group Strategy Team and support the development and implementation of strategic projects & initiatives. You will directly interact with various stakeholders such as Executive & Business Units leadership, Finance team, Pricing team, Data team, etc. Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing. **Specifically, you will work on:** * Business Evaluation: Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities on a group level and across vertical business units * Strategy Execution: Support development and implementation of strategic projects * Communication and stakeholder management: Share key results and updates with stakeholders​ and support preparation of leadership meetings * Data Analysis: Analyze data, report findings, and suggest solutions​ * Forecasting: Evaluate needs and create forecasts​ * Relationship Building: Foster and manage internal relationships​ Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow. ## Qualifications **What will you bring to the ride?** 1. Ability to distill complex information into simplified, executive-level recommendations. 4. Willingness to take on hands-on tasks and dive into the details when necessary. 5. Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively convey and receive information. 7. A preference for working in a dynamic environment, able to adapt and thrive amidst change. 8.
