* Drive the implementation and rollout of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) & Master Batch Records (MBR) across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements and production processes
* Act as the key interface between manufacturing, site teams, and system providers (MES platform & paper-on-glass EBR solutions)
* Translate business needs into technical solutions and support system configuration and validation in line with regulatory standards
* Support the development of an implementation roadmap, including milestones, timelines, and resource planning
* Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for harmonization and continuous improvement
* Coordinate and deliver training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of EBR systems
