We are looking for a Group Quality Manager who can step in and : * Lead and facilitate improvements in Quality Management concepts, initiatives, programs, processes, systems, and tools. * Drive standardization of minimum requirements and assess compliance through audits and KPI tracking. * Support general improvements in Quality-related processes and documentation (BMS) * Administrate the Certification Body contracts, ensuring efficient tracking of expenses and audit plannings. * Plan and conduct internal system audits (HSEQ), coordinating the auditors' pool. * Audit HSE&Q processes to ensure consistency and meet present and future targets. * Support Local and Business Quality Managers with presentations, reporting, and general routine needs. * Group Quality Platform planning, action tracking, agenda definition and realization. * Onboarding Trainings HO Vienna – Quality Management * Assist Group Quality with activities related to the migration of the document system BMS/e-DMS transition – both in Group Level and support locations worldwide. ## About you To excel in this role, you should have: * A Master's degree in any field (Quality Manager Certification is a plus). * Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management and 10 years in a relevant industry. * Strong project management skills and experience with HSE&Q related IT tools (e.g., SAP, Synergi, SharePoint, BMS). * Certification and experience as an internal system auditor for ISO Standards. * Leadership skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships. * An understanding of the petrochemical industry, including suppliers and customers. * Proficiency in English at a business level and strong moderation and change management skills. ## Our offer Borealis has competitive compensation and benefits which you can read more about on our Career Page. Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 94.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
