- •Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
- •Proven experience in project management within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
- •Openness to international travel and assignments outside Europe
- •Fluency in English; German and additional language skills are a plus
- •Strategic, process-oriented thinking; strong analytical abilities; effective teamwork; excellent communication and presentation skills
