**Life on the team**
The Group Manager – Services Partnering will lead a team of International Partner Managers within Group Managed Services who develop and manage Computacenter's global services partner network. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership, partner management and business development within the IT services sector.
**What you'll do**
* Manage a team of partner managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
* Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenter's overall Managed Services growth objectives.
* Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes.
* Identify, recruit, and on-board strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Computacenter's service standards and customer needs.
* Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenter's services.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
* Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth.
Performance indicators
* Effective management and development of the partner managers.
* Effective cascade and delivery of the team’s objectives.
* Partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
* Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target.
